LoveFest 2007

I went to the Lovefest parade in San Francisco on Saturday. It was my first time actually attending. It was basically themed floats - each blaring around 15 different kinds of dance music; mostly electronic music. Each float was different but they all seemed to have many people dressed in theme and dancing nonstop to the music. People were lined on Market Street watching and dancing as floats cruised by. It was pretty fun to watch - except the nude people..

The parade route ends up at the Civic Center where they just round up all the floats in a large quad area. Here all the music is blasted and you can walk around to find a groove you like and dance to. We hung around a while, but I think I don't really rave anymore. haha.
