DINNER: ($20) [Pizza Orgasmica]

- half a small pizza.  sausage, onion, peppers, mushroom
- stella artois

SNACKS: ($20) [Half Moon Bay Brewing Company]
- ceviche
- couple beers

Umm... obviously the weekends are the killer. I think I ate a lot and drank too many beers. The empty calories in the beers is probably adding to the beer gut.

- chicken thigh

LUNCH:
none

SNACKS:
- spinach dip and bread
- corn chili and tortilla chips
- guacamole
- lots of beers, a couple mojitos, and a several shots of vodka

We saw fireworks, yay! Of course I indulged on July 4th - good thing we went for a workout in the morning.

Morning workout is tiring, but I feel good about it now.

Overall, feels like a day of overeating at dinner but doing a lot of cardio afterwards.

- 2.7mi run (30min)
- incline pull
- tricep press

A lot less tired than last time.  I was completely winded after half a mile last time.

I know why my spare tire grows: when something tastes good and I'm hungry, I overindulge.  I couldn't control myself so I feel too full now.  I can guarantee that I will go up one pound in my weigh-in tomorrow morning.

Today was the first day of recording what I eat and do and I feel pretty good; I was pretty hungry at about 430pm though. My stomach is probably used to being satiated each time it has hunger. Today I tried to just drink water and starve a little to get my stomach to shrink to a normal, non American-sized stomach. Hopefully that will start training my body to eat less at each meal without getting hungry within 2 hours. I hope this goes well.

WORKOUT: [YMCA]
- 20 minutes basketball
- 1 mile jog
- incline pull
- tricep press
- row pull

DINNER: ($0)
- spaghetti with mushroom sauce
