STARTING OVER



I'm at my highest weight point ever and it's time to start doing something about it before it really gets out of hand. I know it's a big mixture of my diet, beer drinking, and lack of regular exercise. I need to at least slay 2 of those 3 dragons. All 3 is asking a lot.
